Project USA: Let's recreate The United States, mini! (major WIP)

I'll join San Fransisco and Los Angeles spots. I live 2 hours south of San Fransisco but go there all the time. I lived in los angeles for 3 years and still make trips quite often. I just returned from a week long trip at LA last night.

As I've already stated many times before, it would be impossible to do an accurate recreation of the United States to scale, including everything. This is why I don't really care that much about landmarks, but more about the vibe of each city. The recreation of SF does indeed hardly look like the real thing, but when you are there in-game, I think one would agree that I've gotten the vibe almost right.
The goal of this project was never to get everything exactly right, to do so would mean that each city would at least be 128 by 128 studs. If we did that, we would end up excluding more areas then we are currently. Which is why I don't think this project will get going.
Most likely, I'll lock this topic and do a private recreation of San Francisco. Though if I have indeed riled up enough people in support of Project USA, perhaps each of the teams can build their recreations separately and we could combine them eventually.
