Why are people ID tribals?

Not as many members have all that much BL-talent anymore, its somewhat of a rare case. I think this is because back in the day, EVERYONE who bought BL was coming from RTB. They all obviously had a lot of experience with RTB so it naturally carried over to retail. Then when a new member came along, he learned very quickly because everyone around him was good and had something to learn from. Then more and more new people joined and more and more old people left. Eventually there wasn't anything to learn from.
I think that's why High ID's right now are associated with having no skill. Blockland's community in general has a lot less talent then it did in v1-v8 and I guess people were just looking for something to blame.
