At least RE4 actually made an attempt to creep you out, although a stuffty one.
RE5 was just stuff.

Any game on the n64. Mainly because since it wasn't so hyper realistic as a ps3 or xbox or a newer pc game it made me always feel on edge. Mainly because most games textures, character models, sounds etc etc.
