My 4th of July involved MW2 on a console, Subway and nothingness.

That must have sucked. I feel sorry for you.

My brother turned a vodka bottle into a grenade. They also shot off a lot of fireworks in the street, got bit by mosquito's and they also got drunk. It just so happen my brother paranoid schizophrenic friend comes to live out here (in this stuffhole).

My 4th sucked richard. I've pretty much given up on this holiday seeing as my family never does anything interesting for it anymore.

You know what I did all day?
Nothing. I sat home, on my computer.
I didn't see ONE firework, I didn't light a firework.

My 4th consisted of me working 7 hours, then coming home to get ready for my town's fireworks only to hear that a riot broke out. Fuuuun stuff right there, folks.

The only thing is, I really like setting off fireworks, especially with friends :( it's the only part of the holiday I really enjoy.

What did i do on MY 4th? Apparently we werent doing fireworks AT ALL
The only joy was being on the forums. We didnt even go to town and look at them.
My 4th was the worst one ever. ;-; I didnt see a single firework that day..

went to some stuffty fireworks show and saw a metric assload of white people

i loving hate being with my family, and i hate fireworks. i barely even like america these days

My 4th of July consisted of doing everything I normally do.
Want to know why?
Because in the UK we don't deal with stupid holidays like this and only pay attention to the real ones like St. Patrick's day.

If you want to talk about fireworks then down in Liverpool on Christmas everyone can go down to the docks and watch a 30 minute-long fireworks show, fun times

My 4th of July

stupid holidays
You're just mad we won our independence from you.   :cookieMonster:

Independence Day is a national holiday in the United States. No one asked you to celebrate it.
It is a real holiday, just not your holiday. Go away.

Well, if so many people on these forums aren't having fun while celebrating the 4th of July then it's not a very good national holiday, is it?
Not to mention that other guy who got his $800 worth of July 4th celebratory fireworks confiscated by a police officer because "They leave the ground", apparently.

Also, it doesn't matter if a holiday isn't mine to celebrate, that can't stop me from having an opinion.
I'm atheist and I also have an intolerance to chocolate, but I still consider Easter to be a good holiday because almost everyone enjoys celebrating it

Plenty of other people have fun, it's just not fun for a few people. Like us.

For every one person who doesn't enjoy something there are probably 2 other people who don't enjoy the same thing.
Probably
