I dont think you can use the draconian potion on him on that level either

Still havent beat the Ice samurai yet >:c but Yosher how do you get out of the sink after get the pipe wrench.

Hit the pipe. And then a door opens that leads to slopes. Once there, you have to fight the ice cream monster.

It's not ice cream, it's the Jello Monster. :P
He is also easy to defeat. He has strong attacks, but attacks very slow which gives you a huge opportunity to attack.
