You probably didn't buy the Deluxe Edition of Blockland and therefore do not have Adventure Mode.

What I got adventure mode after winning the secret tutorial 2.
But why is the ice skating Challenge so hard I just want the jeep so I can run over a the ai's in the slopes to get level 18 the Heat monster.

For the slopes challenge you just need to have skiing skills :3
Also Level 18 is the stunt plane battle...
