well i lurked before i had actually come on to the forums as a member but it looks like he didn't even look at the rules. He needs to learn the rules or get out.

But he needs to learn the rules and even if he didn't i would be happy him not to use all caps for i would rather him give his opinion then use it in all caps for that's why people hate him.
