Also, I have a question. Will a spiraling rotation on a probe maintain a straighter orbit in deep space? Or is ASAS enough? |

There is no such thing as a straight orbit. Spiraling will do nothing to the orbit of your craft unless you're thrusting in a direction as you spin. ASAS is handy if you want to leave something in a stationary position for docking, but you don't NEED it for something that you're just leaving in orbit. |
