Halo Reach, then Halo, then Halo 2, then Halo 3, Reach first because technically it comes first story-wise

but they released it last. So they intend for you to play it last. Just like how it's better to start starwars at episodes 4-6 then watch 1-3.

All the halos that are out, and there's this one amazing car game I played with my cousin, but I can't remember the name of. Also, save up for Halo 4.

They released it last because they started working on it last

But why would that matter? Just play the games in chronological order, you'll understand better, why go from Halo to Halo 3 then go back to the past with Reach?
