What makes you think that?
I can't try to give server hosts and addon writers access to a few more features without raping people?

why yes, but those mods actually have a point. DRPG requires you to download because of the GUI, and RoB, i have never played but I assume it's very similar. yours on the other hand is apparently just used to eyerape people on your server. you might not be forcing them to join, but you don't want to make a server just for eyeraping people, do you? it'll make you lose all your server's popularity.

It doesn't "forget" with you.
It allows the server to do certain things to/for the client.
e.g. make new key binds | transfer guis | display color splahes | modify fov | more stuff
