Technically, he is someone because I am pretty sure AI hasn't been invented yet, and no one besides someone could be intelligent enough to type that out. So, someone does care, himself surprisingly. He could either be a highly intelligent monkey, or a human, and I doubt a monkey would scroll through these forums. The only monkey I can think of now who scrolls through the forums is me.
