Ban List - Time Codes

[Edit] - Figured out how to manually add the ban... but I'm lost on what those time codes mean...

I have a 14 day ban, closed the server, got code: 204284

Used that code on the manually added entries... Now it equals like a 74561100 day ban, the minutes and seconds are cut off...

Can someone explain?

The format is
Admin_Name TAB Admin_ID TAB Victim_Name TAB Victim_ID TAB Victim_IP TAB Reason TAB year ban will expire starting from 2000 TAB minute of year that ban will expire
