So i cant remember my password for steam so i tried to retrieve it.

Steam asks if i remember my account name so i click yes and enter my account name there.
Then this pops up

I was like alright whats this stuff? Then if you dont remember your name it asks your email so i entered my email and got instant reply from valve with my account name.

Its exactly what i entered to the window before. So i copy paste it and it still says its wrong seriously Wtf??

Inb4ask the steam support... I want to know if any of you had this?

I'm pretty sure steam support would be able to answer this question way faster then the Blockland forums...

This happened to me when I tried to do things with a 3rd party steam server thing.

I lost $60 worth of games! :D

Ask the steam support. try logging into the website too.

Someone probably stole your account just to talk to someone like they did on me.
Also who the hell is althunter3443?
He keeps talking to me on chat giving me trap links.
If he talks to you don't click on his links,they steal your account.
He keeps saying stuff like "sorry I just needed you account for something"
I keep blocking him but he keeps by passing.
I also already reported him like five or six times...
Nothing.

Its not the first time steam stuff on me.

This isint account theft cause i was logged in 5mins before this occured, I had trouble with buying magica so i logged out

Anyways i remembered my password and got in but this still confuses me

Omg.

This same thing happened to me a few months back.

I spent hours trying to find my password.

Finally steam spport contacted me. (They take loving FOREVER.)
