Actually, what would you call a gun that has 100% accuracy at 7 feet?

I don't think it should be 100% accurate at any distance. Handguns tend to be less accurate than video games portray. It should be like 99% at 7 feet, I suppose. And I'd call that fair.

It's a bland model and a bland add-on.
Make something unique or get out, because blockland really doesn't need anymore generic guns.

The only thing is, Blockland has too many pistols that are as weak as hell, which is extremely annoying and unrealistic. Oh hell, I should make a .22 instead.
