No. He had to fly back to Scotland to get a part for his computer. It's not fake.
EDIT: Plus, go check his MC server. If he were at home, it would be up. But it's not.

I still call bullstuff on this because there's no picture of him at mau5ville saying his ID and or some other line of chat we'd use to see if its legit.

Some guy on Minecraft randomly saying "I PLAY BLOCKLAND!!!!1111!!!!one!!1!" strongly suggests he does not play Blockland.
