Why is it broken on Xbox? ;-;

I try registering on Origin and I type in my email and it says "Email is unavailable". I already disliked Origin and this is just making it look worse to me :l Any help?
EDIT: Nevermind, apparently I already have an EA account which can be used as an Origin account.

That happened to me with my hotmail account. Had to make a yahoo.
