This evening in San Francisco is the Battlefield 3 Final Hours event, where media will get some hands-on time with brand new singleplayer, co-op and of course new multiplayer maps for Battlefield 3. Unfortunately there is an embargo on all this info so here's what we know: Friday, October 7th @ 3am PT / 6am EST - embargo lifts for 2 unnamed multiplayer maps Friday, October 14th @ 3am PT / 6am EST - embargo lifts for remaining multiplayer maps IGN has also confirmed they will be posting brand new information early tomorrow morning (3am PT). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W0XRCaxSBUU&feature=player_embedded In addition, GameTrailers TV on Spike is unveiling 6 minutes of new singleplayer footage on tonight's show. GTTV airs at 1:05am in your respective time zone (in the U.S.) except for central, which is 12:05 CT. Battlefieldo reports that DICE is hosting a press event in their office tomorrow showcasing the final build of Battlefield 3. It looks like there will definitely be a lot of new previews and video in these last few weeks before Battlefield 3 games launches. |

The only reason I try to level up is to see what guns I like/try out new equipment lol Otherwise I'm just having fun/getting infuriated because I'm doing awful that round. The one thing I hate is that everyone just whores up the UMP and nothing else. I picked it up once(my PP2000 was low on ammo and I didn't have the extended mag) and didn't die the entire round and got about 14 kills higher than what I would have gotten without it. It's so overpowered it's not fun. The PP2000 is by far my fav gun, especially with a decent scope. Also, people say they see a LOT of hackers, but I haven't encountered any so far? I guess hackers don't like the Illinois servers idk? |
