Except the M4/M16 ironsights are far and away the worst in the game. I'm not even going to bother unlocking things for it because by the time I do I'm going to have the AEK unlocked. Until then I'm fine with using the pump shotgun for assault.
Speaking of the shotgun, what is with the ambiguous ammo unlock descriptions? Flechette does more entry but less damage? Slugs and frag rounds have less stopping power? What does that even mean? I would have thought that more entry would mean more damage, and I also thought that entry and stopping power were more or less the same thing.

I love the shotgun. I don't know what is up with the ammo descriptions though. I just like to use the default ammunition. Also adding a laser sight to a shotgun doesn't make sense to me.
