the flares for gunners only could be abused though
the pilot could just switch seats and deploy flares, then return to piloting :v

Hehe...I did that.
Well it was still the best way that represented teamwork as far as vehicles go. I mean, you had to communicate with the Gunner in order to tell him when to activate flares so that way missiles never hit. Of course you could always have an endless cycle of 2 people popping flares but it wasn't impossible to take one down. Like someone mentioned earlier; I use jets. They are so easy to take down helicopters in.

On a side note though, the only thing I feel is handicapped since all of the updates now is that SOMEHOW flares distract target designators. They aren't heat-seekers so how the hell does that work.

really only piloting a heli with a gunner is a good idea if both of you have voice chat on
otherwise, you're going to have a bad time
