Do you have to be friends with a person or have them in your squad to spawn in on them?
Also, if you just normally spawn at base does it usually take a stuffload of time and walking to find an enemy?

TDM on Noshahr being an MVP with around 70 kills on 1000 tickets and I see three guys crowding in a container so I fire the M320 and get kicked.
Does that mean I lost the progress?

last time I checked
the only thing you lose by exiting/being kicked early is your match bonus
