yea jets are for like the niche of bf3 players, almost everybody else doesn't touch them. i have tried many times to fly them, done ok, but i always get smashed by some rank 100 jet service star 10000 player. cant even fly in rush because thats where the other ultra super pros are at.
bf3 should focus on air vehicles that aren't utterly OP or nerf the jets. because as it stands they can outrun heat seekers and all manner of everything else. if it takes an entire team to shut out a single jet plane theres something horribly wrong.

I never cared if they nerfed damage or not because it never effected the way I played. I only started to get pissed off when the messed with the SuperHornet's Turn radius. I wanted to punch someone at EA in the gonads for that one. Also another aspect, I noticed that they always release dlc and new content to try and encourage newer players to fly jets but always utterly fails. Even with the unlocks pack and the new maps, it never works. I believe if you started flying a jet when the game first came out then they should be the only ones because no one else really gets the hang of it( on there own atleast). I used to teach people how to fly on xbox so they would be my wingmate. So far, the 4 out of 5 people i taught are almost better than me now lol.

But then I started not caring about loosing a dogfight at kept going with it. I'm a pretty good jet player now, almost have a service star using them.
