Most people I encounter deploy them when I simply get a lock on them. Usually just wait for the countermeasures to fade away lol

Heat seekers of course are not an option in attack or scout helicopters, but in jets you can do well without them.

They should bring back the commander feature in Battlefield 4 and let the commander do things like assign objectives or ordering people to move to different locations.

its already been confirmed that commander is back in. they allegedly want to get back to their roots.
