can't imagine what went wrong with the C4
but for the RPG thing, a guy was probably repairing it
or you thought you hit it some times, when you didn't actually hit it
try hitting them in the back though. it makes a really big difference

the guy who's tank I disabled got away because I was pretty far away from the blast hoping I would destroy the tank
And there was only 1 guy in the tank and I was still getting hit markers
Unless he has maintenance of reactive armor or something

yeah
if a guy was repairing it, then he's not going to be in the tank
but even with maintenance, the only way that'd really make a difference would be if you were waiting a long time to fire, and the reactive armor would only protect him once (unless he was being smart, and turned around after you shot him)
