i think that's what it is
Because it says you get premium expansion
Which I'm guessing in just a single dlc but maybe it's the whole thing

but I doubt that they would give away premium

IMO the number of DLC's really needs to be toned down.
It ends up with a whole lot of empty servers, because they only use one DLC out of the 5 or so others.
It also tends to split the community by a landslide.
