According to an official tweet, preordering gets you a Premium expansion pack free, not Premium. I saw it on Battlelog, can't find the link, though. Twitter confuses me.

so would that mean there will be separate expansions for Premium members? or that they're just trying to trick people like me ;~;

I think they're just saying it will come with Premium.
EDIT: By which I mean, "This expansion will be included in Premium," not "pre-ordering gets you Premium," since a tweet just proved the latter false.
