I often feel more encouraged to build without RTB Add-ons...

I agree with this guy. I always prefer absolutely new kinds of bricks instead of just bricks that can easily be made by smaller bricks.

I always consider Add-Ons as anything non-default.
Simply because they "Add on" to my default Blockland.
I refer to the default Add-Ons as simply the default tools/vehicles/maps/decals.

I would have to agree with this.
I like building those unusual sized bricks out of smaller bricks.
Because they can often give me times to fit in interesting patterns, which add a nice sense of design to what I am building.
