So I PM'd him this $10 bill:
And told him my Steam name and the game I wanted (Universe Simulator)
BUT THEN HE LOCK TOPIC SAYING THAT HE DOESN'T NEED THE MONEY ANYMORE AND NEVER GIVE ME GAME.
I want my $10 back.
