Can I get a decent gaming laptop for $220?

It was a new one when I bought it obviously. And I didn't look at that, but it costed much so I figured it would be good.

Speak for yourself. I bought a computer that has moderate specs, a decent card, but its not explosively great; games run perfectly.

And putting your laptop in your lap is stupid, it's not good for the laptop. Gaming is better on a desktop computer.

For posture, comfort, and damage to sperm production, sure. But I rarely use desktops, so I find it more natural to play with a touch pad and a built in keyboard. All depends what you are used to. I can't bare mice.

You certainly couldn't for that price. Computers that cheap get to such a price buy cutting out things like a good graphics card.

You need something more like $600+.

No. It's not good for your laptop since it can't "breathe". It needs air like a human being. Do you lack common sense or what? Laptops practically aren't made for gaming, it's made for taking it with you to work or school, to use Microsoft Word and stuff like that. Not gaming.
