Having had experience with EeePC devices, they are fast for what they are but eh still no gaming alternative. Although Assassin, unless I'm wrong I think you are just suggesting a good computer for the money so.. I guess yeah.

I heard someone could play TF2 on medium settings with no lag

I know this isn't for gaming but this thing is something that could be interesting in the future.

For 220 you can't even get a good gpu/cpu combo.

For 400 you can build a desktop, just not a very good one.

EDIT: Nope, my dad says it's terrible. However, my brother and I found an amazing laptop for $400, and that's the one we're getting.
