friend deleted my stuff - Dillpickles & Gentoo's mini-empires

Okay, here's the thing. I had built a detailed set of 4 islands (About 2 hours work) and it had been fine for a few days. I come back the next day and I can't seem to find it. Gentoo had no idea. It may be deleted though, most likely by David. I had a dispute with him a week ago when he took sides with an idiot (See previous threads to learn more). It was most likely him. I had a look around and noticed several people had stolen the colour I had been using, crimson. I'm going to hazard a guess they asked David to delete my stuff so they can nick the colour I had taken.
No pictures due to me not having anyway to take a picture without it coming with a black screen. Go to the server and see for yourself. I shall be there rebuilding.

loving admin abuse. I'm sorry if you are the victim of a conflict of interest.
Might be good to check to see if there was a saving fail... although 2 hours going by makes that seem unlikely. Did you see if anyone else lost their work? Because if not, I think you've been attacked. :c

lesson learned: always save your stuff when you're complete with it or even in progress in case something like this happens.
i try to remember to save every time i leave a server that i've been building on, but i'm not too good at it

YES very good advice here. I rarely build on servers because admins often delete / abuse / claim / forget to save / abandon the project 5 seconds later.
But if I do contribute, I also make a backup; I have actually loaded my save many a time when an issue like the OP's situation has occurred.

I've been to that server. It's horibble. i get banned for me making one joke about the admins ship but the admins make fun of my diabetes all they want.
