How can rock music be dry and boring? I can see annoying, stupid, weird, anything like that, but dry and boring?

Some rock is so slow that it's boring. Ex: First half of Freebird.

It's really all a matter of opinion, and how far you will go to get rid of someone. I dislike CopBlock, but does he deserve to be banned? No, at least not in my mind. I would like to come to an agreement with him in our argument, actually... but this isn't the thread to bring this into.
