About the default window positioning

Same. I prefer my Blockland windowed but not a fullscreen window.

I think the correct term is Windowed Fullscreen

I used to run it larger in Fullscreen but I noticed lag and now I'm just too lazy to set my options higher every time I open Blockland considering it is so constant. I also like to browse the forums(That's called multitasking for the less smart person)
