Fullscreen or windowed?

Windowed. I like to browse the forums while I'm connecting to a server or something

Sadly my screen is so small if I'm in windowed I can't use RTB mod manager and/or VCE properly. I try to use windowed though.

I always use windowed so that I can do other things while I am playing.
