What Happened to RTB Forums?

Hi I was away from RTB forums for a LONG time and I went on to the forums and it said "This forum does not exist." did ephi delete it or what?

In a nutshell, Ephialtes decided the best way to handle the deteriorating situation at the RTB forum would be to lock certain forums... then he deleted them all.

I think the old boards were deleted though. I hadn't visited there in a long time, but just recently I went back and saw they were gone. I logged in thinking maybe they were hidden to guests but they weren't. The only board left is the RTB4 Beta.
