I'm not sure, all i know is that my brother had it in Tango's and when you Jump, you held Spacebar, and it would tell you your Velocity, and make you go Farther upwards. It might've been a VCE event, now that i think about it..

I load the save and type the commands into the chat and they don't do anything.
