The kid wants people to join his clan, that's not too bad. The emote spam is pretty annoying, but if it's just in his clan's thread, no one will ever see it. I'm betting he's new to the game and community, and doesn't realize the work that goes into maintaining a good clan.

That's not too bad? Read the above post. A 17k isn't that new to the community, and he also spams servers with a link to the Pandaseal Clan website.

Hm...have you considered he might not know how to lock the topic? And it's doubtful he's new, didn't notice that, but still possible. And how do you know he owns both IDs? Same IP?

And where's the evidence of server spamming? I didn't see that in the OP.
