I use a cheap Toshiba laptop but it runs great and it was only 550. It's also very durable for it's price and runs games just fine.

I have a Dell Studio XPS 8000, with an upgraded card. Pretty nice, actually. It can run everything. EVERYTHING

Compaq/HP/Acer are the best prebuilt brands.
Never, ever, ever buy a Dell.

I have a Dell. Haven't had a problem with it, so it should be fine.
