Herobrine was an account made to get the 30,000th member, therefore an alt. Then we discovered that their timezones were the same, they acted the same, they had the same avatar fad at one point, and they even weren't online at the same time right up until a few people talked about it. They hadn't even had a conversation until some realized this.
It seems reasonable, since Chrono is one of the Brony trolls.

Herobrine is fairly stupider than Chrono. Plus, people can live in the same timezone without being alts, and I'm sure the avatar fad was just a coincidence.
As for everything else, I honestly don't know what to say. :c

No, the timezones are very accurate, and their accounts were exactly the same. Down to the second.
Also, I noticed earlier that when herobrine got roostery in this drama topic Chrono started posting the exact same way. They have the same argument tactics as well.
