Roblox Spammers, cant they get banned from there too?

I sent an admin an email with proof of his spamming and his roblox username and email

For some reason, in game he's mildly intelligent. But on here he's an idiot. So I immediately leave servers that he's in.

Take a look at his grammar and spelling. I don't know how someone with that high of an IQ could get away with that.
