I had to compress it due to the 3.34 GB size, blame fraps

the only thing this build requires is that you have the latest version of VCE, you can easily add more frames by duplicating them and naming them, then putting its name and its delay in the start button events, its purpose is to replicate an 8x8 GIF, major credit to plornt for the VCE help, I did the rest

It makes your own GIFs or you just replicated a GIF image you had using VCE? Because the two are very different.

You can modify the frames, and then click the + button to loop through them,

you can also add more frames with ease
