Which City RPG Mod is the best?

Best CityRPG mod is none..
Get friends, get a city, Rp. No need for jobs and all that kinda crap limiting you from things you really want to do. and besides, all CityRPG games now a day is
"Get money, buy guns, kill everyone." Theres really no Rp anymore, just idiots who try to ruin the game.

Step 1 : Limit the promotion of crime
Step 2 : Bolster the strength of the Police force
Step 3 : Add togglable ordinances (Gun restriction, speed limit, etc.)
Step 4 : Create more job possibilities (Mayoral elections, farmer)
Step 5 : Impliment realistic proportions
this is actually what we're planning to do with my CityRPG.

How do you plan on doing that, if players can choose to be police officers?

You'll need to make it possible to sell guns on the Black Market, and only make the speed limit type stuff cause demerits instead of being impossible.

You'll have to make more tools, and keep the script open for more jobs.

Thieving is not as easy and effective as you think.
The police force will recieve city funding which will effect it's efficiecy (Guns and vehicles provided)
Selling guns is still possible, but illegal. That is, if this ordinance is toggled. Speeding will have a safe gaurd, making it impossible to speed unknowingly. Police vehicles will be able to stun criminal vehicles and speed legally.
Jobs will be specific to their actual duties. I dont need this coded so it's user friendly because Im never releasing the mod.
Economic proportions. Supply and demand. Capitalism.
