Hi. I have made this thread partially because I need a way to fall asleep quickly, and just generally how other methods of sleeping is.

Well, I guess the only thing left to do is discuss.

To start off: The method I sleep is to just not think of anything at all.

You should try to cause the logic part of your brain to shutdown by spamming it with random images/stuff. It works.

I need methods to fall asleep faster.

It takes me a long time to fall asleep, no matter how much (or little) I think about things.

My sleep method is just staying up for half the night and then going to bed.

Works like a charm.

I find it releaxing to just shut your eyes and think about the things I look forward to tomorrow. I end up falling asleep pretty quickly.

This works alittle for me,But i tell myself to get off the computer at 10pm-11pm

I don't know.

I lay on my back, my spine hurts. I lay on my side, my arm hurts, I lay on my other side, my knee hurts. I lay on my stomach, neck hurts.

I just shift positions every 2 minutes until I eventually crash.

 

Take some sleep pills.

i lie on my sides and think about stuff until i fall asleep

Close your eyes and don't think about anything but just how soft your pillow is.

Well staring at a bright screen always helps.

Just lay there and think. :U
