From what it looks like, the build will be quite large, so

Just wondering, always nice to know the specifics.

I've hosted a 120,000 or so brick build before.  Not many people lagged, unless they had an outdated PC.

120,000 isn't that much. I'm just wondering if it will be very large, or decent sized. Because in my opinion, small space anything won't turn out well.
Driving a fast spaceship around in a small area isn't very appealing to most people.

Another thing, only bricks in view are rendered by the engine I believe.

Yes, but what they're rendered, they stay rendered. So, if you just want to stay in one area, you wont have lag, but if you explore farther out, the bricks will render.
