Brick label clan tags? :o

Okay, I was at a server and a guy named psp had BRICK LABELS around his name for clan tags.
Sorry for the loving quality, I'm using a laptop. I circled it so its a little more obvious.
Discuss.

either a small glitch or someone changed his clan tags to load those images, probably with the console.
