No my school has a thing like the forums with each person has a text in there oun blocks
It was terminated after 500,000 cyber bullys (not just from my school.) were on there.

Translation:
My School started a forum for the students. Then a lot of other people from different schools came on and messed it up. So my school has shut that down.

I think he means the school blocks any sites like this, not schools have forums like this one.
