Speaking of idea...
Vehicle: FROG
Into: Any Free Roam game I have.
Specials: Just Cause 2: Wheels are "sticky" and can lift the car up when driving up walls and cliffs, The hexagonal shapes attached are really timed bombs that can either activated and dropped and they will "regrow" and replaced recently used ones, or if in a tight situation with enemies surrounding you, you can activate them all, and they will detonate not only themselves but the core of the vehicle it self, spawning a Shining Laser sized explosion. Everything in the blast will be destroyed, some where else, or if close enough, deleted.
Saints Row 2: Blows up anything ran over.
Weapon: Death (Gikons Quad Rocket Launcher)
Into: Just Cause 2, Killzone 3
Specials: Just Cause 2: Will shot 4 Rockets Semi-automatically, but when attached to a a mount, you can use fully auto which has a fire rate that of the Minigun. Infinity ammo is also activated when using the mount, and when unmounted, your ammo will be replenished. Also, instead of 4 rockets, you can charge it to fire more heavy and powerful rockets. However, the longer the charge, the less rockets it shoots. But the damage doubles with each rocket it doesn't shoot. Fully charged, it can shoot a missile with a blast radius that of a BioShaft and with enough power to destroy a mind blowing 30 Tanks.
