Don't mix science and religion in the same bag. They're two different concepts (no stuff sherlock)

Science is the explanation of how things function. Religion is just an idea or concept. Back then when things couldn't be explained, there was always a reason for something. Like, for example, the Egyptians would be all like, "omg the sun god is angry at us" all because there was drought. Also, religion was made to bring order in society. I mean honestly, if you can make yourself go to hell by being bad, would you be bad? No.

I don't really like how the Bible is so strict and tells you if you are a bad person you will go to hell.

hell or heaven isnt about being bad or good. (Christianity anyways)
jesus very specifically said a heaven afterlife required a belief in him and god. and that you needed to follow his father's word.
ironically, god's word happened to demand the force converting of the non believers. (this is you being required to do bad things to people) to get into heaven.

My diocese doesn't teach that.  My diocese does the opposite of that, respect others beliefs.
