Both times I told everyone, directly or indirectly, who I was.

Ok. You were, ike. But still, that doesn't give you the motherloving right to go so harsh on him.
He said he's changed. So give him a chance. Don't go telling everyone to get banned again because they made an alt to start fresh.
You need to stop being so motherloving harsh, stupid, and mean to people in general.
