How about
before you go nappy, go outside for 30 minutes, take a walk or just stare at the sky

I would, but I live in the country, and out there the mosquitoes feed off of us

The fastest way to fall asleep is to try and stay awake while your eyes are closed.

I remember Iban telling me about some neurochemical substance that he takes in pill form to help sleep.

I'll try to remember it and then get back to you.

Melatonin tablets/pills. Two of them and all you want to do is lay down and loving sleep after about 25 - 35 minutes. its some natural herb, so you won't get addicted. You can buy them at wal-mart.

Actually, you will get addicted. If you think the only way to get to sleep is pills, you'll start taking them regularly and your body will require medication for normal activities. Try a breathing exercise, like the one poster earlier.
