They should sue for having any type of scroll in a game too.
Browsers and anything that has a ToS or EULA should be sued for having a scroll feature, too.

Well, it's PLANNED to be out of beta but of course with every update there are more things broken than fixed.  So ultimately the game will remain a buggy piece of stuff.
